Objectives
The Department of Biochemical Engineering aims to produce highly-skilled and educated workforce that can take charge of developing new technologies in the areas of developing highly functional, biological (organic) materials, increasing productivity and efficiency, and managing the atmospheric environment.
Major Programs
Biological Engineering – students acquire expertise and professional knowledge in the areas of developing highly functional, biological materials and related products by conducting research projects.
Chemical Engineering – students acquire knowledge required to research and develop precise chemical products, high-molecular materials, and so forth using chemical processes by carrying out applied research projects.
Environmental Engineering – students acquire knowledge in the areas of equipments for improving the atmospheric environment, new analysis methods, and clean-fuel energy technology by carrying out relevant research projects.
